Due to the digital nature of our products (instant PDF downloads, word search puzzle bundles, and printables), all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded or emailed to you, we cannot issue a refund, exchange, or cancellation. Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be returned or verified as deleted.

2. EXCEPTIONS & ISSUES
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please inspect your digital file immediately upon delivery. If you experience any technical difficulties, receive a corrupted file, or notice a missing page, please contact us immediately at efsoadm@proton.me with your order number. We will gladly replace the file or provide a new link within 24 hours.

3. CHARGEBACKS
By purchasing from getefso.com, you agree to this Refund Policy and understand that opening a fraudulent dispute or chargeback with your bank bypasses our support system. Please contact us directly first, and we will resolve any issue instantly.
